Everyone should be able to use NovoCreation.
We are working toward Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across our public site, client portal, and internal tools. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time certification.

Need help using the site?
If a page, form, document, or makerspace checkout creates a barrier, tell us what happened and what device or assistive technology you were using. We will work with you to provide the information or service another way while we address the issue.
Accessibility features in place
- Keyboard-visible focus indicators and skip links.
- Reduced-motion support based on your device preference.
- Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and named controls on shared navigation and consent experiences.
- Cookie choices that can be accepted, rejected, customized, and changed later without loading optional analytics first.
- Browser zoom is supported without disabling user scaling.
How we are testing
Our ongoing review is designed to combine automated checks with keyboard, zoom, contrast, reduced-motion, and screen-reader spot checks. Automated tools cannot prove that a site is fully accessible, so we track manual findings and fix the highest-impact barriers first.
Known work in progress
We are continuing a page-by-page review of complex portal tables, charts, uploaded client documents, and older animated marketing sections. If you need one of those experiences in another format, contact us and we will help.
