Jerome Stevens
I grew up in Waterbury — Crosby High School, class of 2012. In 2014 I joined the Army and served until 2023, spending nearly a decade across five continents. I came back with a BBA in Project Management, a different understanding of how to operate under pressure, and I'm finishing my MBA now. Everything I know about software I taught myself — no bootcamp, no CS degree, just stubbornness and a refusal to stay stuck. I built NovoCreation because I kept watching businesses get overcharged and underserved. This studio exists to fix that.
