Waterbury native and Crosby High School graduate, Jerome Stevens is the founder and CEO of NovoCreation, an AI and digital systems studio that helps businesses turn complex ideas into practical, working technology. After joining the U.S. Army in 2014, he spent nearly a decade serving in leadership, operations, maintenance, and technical roles across international assignments. That experience taught him how to lead teams, manage risk, and build systems that remain dependable under pressure. Jerome earned a BBA in Project Management and is currently completing his MBA. Today, his work brings together executive strategy, systems architecture, artificial intelligence, automation, cybersecurity, and product development. He founded NovoCreation because building has always been central to who he is—from networks and business platforms to private AI systems and automated workflows. The studio is an extension of that mindset: thoughtful technology, responsible implementation, and solutions that genuinely serve the people who use them.
