Getting started

How do I get started?

Fill out the contact form or send us an email. We'll follow up within 24 hours to learn more about your project, then put together a clear scope and estimate — no commitment required.

How long does a typical project take?

Smaller projects like a landing page or basic automation setup typically take 2–4 weeks. Full platforms, managed IT onboarding, or mobile apps usually run 8–12 weeks depending on scope and complexity.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

Every project includes three rounds of revisions. We work closely with you throughout the build so that feedback is incorporated early — reducing surprises at the end.

Pricing & payment

How does pricing work?

Most projects are quoted as a fixed fee based on the agreed scope. Managed IT and hosting services are billed monthly. Makerspace sessions and lab time are pay-as-you-go. You can browse starting prices on our Services page.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes — we require a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due at project completion or per the payment schedule outlined in your estimate.

What happens if the scope changes mid-project?

We'll flag it early and quote any changes before additional work begins. Small adjustments within the original scope are usually handled without extra cost. Significant additions are treated as a change order.

Technical stack

What technologies do you build with?

Our primary stack is Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and PostgreSQL with Prisma. For infrastructure we use Railway, Vercel, and AWS S3. Hardware and IoT projects use Raspberry Pi, Arduino, and common maker-compatible components.

How do you handle security?

Every web project ships with HTTPS, CSRF protection, Content Security Policy headers, and secure authentication. Files and assets are stored with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.

Can I host everything myself?

Yes. We build for portability. At handoff you receive the full codebase, environment configuration, and deployment documentation so you can host on any platform — Vercel, Railway, AWS, or your own server.

AI & automation

How do you use AI in projects?

We integrate AI where it genuinely adds value — document parsing, workflow automation, chat interfaces, or data processing pipelines. All AI-assisted output is reviewed by our team before delivery.

Do I need my own API keys for AI features?

We'll handle the setup during the project. After handoff, we transfer access to your accounts so you own and control all API subscriptions and billing directly.

Existing projects & migration

Can you take over or improve an existing project?

Yes. We start with an audit to understand the codebase, identify issues, and plan improvements. We can fix bugs, add features, or migrate to a new stack — without breaking what already works.

Do you handle platform migrations?

We regularly migrate sites from WordPress, Webflow, Wix, and legacy CMSs into modern Next.js applications — with no data loss and minimal downtime.
